Exercise:  no formal exercise

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 eggs cooked in coconut oil & 2 pieces Canadian bacon browned in coconut oil
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, Da Vinci s/f syrup
  • Lunch- left over shish ka bobs
  • Dinner – Pot Roast with vegetables, celery & peanut butter, avocado, cucumber salad
  • snack – Macadamia nuts & raw pecans.
