Sept 10 (Weds)

Bible: Zechariah 7:1-8:23, Ezra 5:1-6:18 (Cyrus issued decree that temple would be rebuilt and paid for by royal treasury!)

Exercise:

  • 10 sit-ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats ( I can really tell these have made me stronger!)
  • 10 bench presses

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 scrambled eggs with sardines in them
  • coffee, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • Lunch – left over herb crusted pork & mixed vegetables
  • Dinner – cabbage diced and cooked in coconut oil, added sun dried tomatoes & little garlic
  • corned beef (cooked in crock pot)
  • before bed I had 1 c almond milk heated & added 1/2 tsp coconut oil & s/f syrup
