breakfast – egg, butter, sausage, coffee, coconut oil, butter, stevia

lunch – left over bone broth & beef soup with beans, 1/2 avocado,

1 oz pecans, 1 tea with coconut oil, butter, stevia

dinner- meat balls in creamy sauce over sautéed cabbage

Macros:  Fat 130, protein 54, carb 20, fiber 12.8

ketones – 2.8 glucose 93
